A simple course redesign or system optimization might take 2-3 weeks, while comprehensive learning program development with multiple modules can span 2-3 months. I always provide a detailed project timeline during our initial consultation and build in checkpoints for feedback and revisions. I believe in realistic timelines that allow for thoughtful design and proper testing—because good learning experiences can't be rushed.
